Simpro Solutions signs a major alliance with a world provider of VOIP and Video Phone service.

TORONTO, CANADA – April, 2010 Simpro Solutions Inc, a leading provider of Call Center, Business Process Outsourcing Services (BPO),and Customer Relationship Management(CRM) headquartered in Toronto, Canada announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide inbound customer services and Help Desk support to the leading provider of Voice Over IP (VOIP) and video phones services.
